Alejandro Crespo is an experienced project manager with a solid financial background, and several degrees in business administration from Instituto de Empresa Madrid (Spain), INSEAD Fontainebleau (France), Instituto de Empresa Shanghai (China), and European University (Switzerland).
Alejandro has substantial experience in setting up structured real estate investment vehicles in continental Europe. As Co‐founder and Managing Partner in Metrics Veritas Marbella (Spain), he advises international clients from this consulting boutique, specialising in alternative investments with some focus on structured real estate projects and franchise network developments. He previously worked with Falko Müller-Tyl on the execution of the Menara Beach project in Marbella.
Mr. Crespo is currently advising several UHNW German families in real estate projects in Spain (projectconceptualisation, urban planning, tax structuring) and has been a key team member in the establishment of Ambera’s activities on the Iberian Peninsula since 2017.
Alejandro is an avid triathlete, and due to his international family background, he is natively fluent in Spanish, German and English, and has conversational skills in French and Italian. He is also a founding member of the Marbella Club Spring Games and holds a helicopter pilot license.
