Residents at Ambera have free access to an array of shared facilities, such as social spaces, fitness suites, recreational areas, and more. Activities available will vary dependent on which Ambera community you choose, but common to all is that while we arrange some activities, many will be started and run by residents. The Activity Centre is the heart of every Ambera community, and everything is covered by the monthly amenities fee.
The monthly amenities fee covers access to all shared buildings and activities, the services of the Lifestyle Director, as well as maintenance of all public areas and external property maintenance.
Our Lifestyle Directors and other on-site staff can help you organise and plan trips and events, and otherwise make the best of Ambera. For example, they can help you find your perfect Spanish teacher, or personal trainer. We have developed an app for all Ambera residents, so you can see all the exciting things happening today for yourself.
In international matters, Ambera works with DLA Piper, the world’s largest law firm with offices all over Europe. We also have agreements with selected local law firms in the area. Each of them will advise you on all legal and procedural questions you may have about buying your new home, and what your rights are. Living at Ambera, you are safe 24 hours a day, and our staff will help you in the unfortunate event you need to contact any health or other emergency services.
